The breakfast and hot chocolate bar were a hit, and you’re close to everything from Starbucks to needs. Our DoorDash orders usually arrived within 20 minutes, lol. Jess went above and beyond, Rebecca was a saint, and the housekeepers were sweethearts. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and cleanliness and customer service clearly matter to them. The rooms were clean, and because the hotel is small, we didn’t have to worry about where the kids were when they entertained themselves. I came with a group of kids expecting a boring place with no pool, but we didn’t miss having one at all. I first lugged my things to the second floor, only to find I was actually on the first. They happily switched me so I could stay with the group, and carrying everything back down was no big deal. Highly recommend!

The staff were really nice and accommodating, and it’s convenient having everything nearby. My first room was pretty good, with a clean shower, but there were stains on my pillow sheets and towels. In the second room, the bathroom had hairs that looked like pubic hair. Disgusting. There was hair in the sheets too. The bathrooms and bedding need a better clean.

The staff were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, and more. The rooms have been updated, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of USB and power outlets. I’d recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. My room was spacious, clean, and had no carpet, which I really liked. The staff were welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There were snacks, drinks, and a few frozen microwave meals available, plus a simple continental breakfast. The hotel is just off the highway, near gas stations, restaurants, and shopping.
