I've been staying at Knoepfli Inn for 25 years, and summer doesn't feel complete without coming back. Bea, the host, and the home cooking are a big part of the appeal. I love the rustic feel and the simple ways to unwind, whether that's reading with a beer in a Muskoka chair, fishing from the dock, or taking in the rapids nearby. The sights, smells, and sounds are all part of it, especially the old school bell announcing that food is ready. We start planning the next visit before we've even left.

We just got home from the BEST week at Knoepfli Inn! The food is sooo good, and the inn's in a great spot for both hiking trails and the water. Bea makes you feel like family and has made the place such a relaxing place to stay. Can't wait to return!!

Bea, the owner, is so warm and friendly, and she knows everything about the area. I loved the rustic feel here and how easy it was to unplug and disconnect. I definitely plan to come back.

We didn't end up staying. The place looked like it needed work, and there was work going on too. Pulling up was actually scary. I don't know if the people who left the great reviews were at the same place.
