Having spent over 23 years working in hotels, I know good service, and the front desk team were excellent at both check-in and checkout. The shuttle driver was kind and helpful too. The property and rooms were spotless, and breakfast was delicious. I can't say enough good things about the place. I'd definitely come back. Thanks so much, guys!

The help from Eugenia at the front desk made a big difference. She patiently explained how to get to the shuttle and worked around my flight times for check-in and checkout. I really appreciated her kindness and flexibility. The hotel was also great value, with roomy accommodations and good facilities. Because of the situation in the Middle East, my plans had become rushed, but her help turned two days in Toronto into a surprisingly comfortable stay. I hope I can return.

Lucky, the manager, really stood out. Professional, kind, and clearly attentive to guests' comfort, Lucky went above and beyond to make sure things were right. The rest of the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help as well. The room was spacious and cozy, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. It's also convenient if you need to get to the airport quickly. I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn Airport West and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Mississauga.

We got delayed in Toronto, and the Comfort Inn's free shuttle came in handy. The driver was really personable. Breakfast was included, with eggs, toast, and bacon or sausage, and our room was clean and roomy. The towels looked white and new, and the bedding felt fresh. The one thing I didn't like was being quoted a higher room rate when I called back to book.

We did the park, fly, and stay option, and everything went smoothly. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and they surprised us with breakfast vouchers for the morning after our stay. Everyone we dealt with was great, from the personable front desk staff and friendly shuttle driver to the lovely restaurant service. My husband and I fly every year, and I usually book at an airport hotel. Prices at my usual place were far too high this year, so I found this little hotel through its reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Every time I called, someone on-site answered, and the customer service was kind and friendly. This is now my go-to hotel when flying from Pearson.
