Hyatt Place Mississauga / Airport Corporate Centre

The hotel is clean, modern, and well cared for, with comfortable rooms and a fresh atmosphere. My main concern was the room assignment for my family. After a long discussion at the desk, we got two rooms on the same floor, 803 & 807, but two other rooms were between them. With kids, walking back and forth in the hall at night was inconvenient. The rooms between ours didn’t seem occupied, so it’s hard to believe that connecting rooms, or at least adjacent ones, couldn’t have been arranged in such a large hotel. The hotel was comfortable overall, but family room allocation needs improvement.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the restaurant served an excellent caesar salad and tomato bisque soup. Our room was huge and super comfortable. The shuttle to YYZ was convenient, and both drivers were friendly. After a redeye, being able to check in very early was a real help. Yulia and the rest of the team were efficient, professional, and friendly. One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at, especially for such a reasonable price.

The room was a good size and I liked the location. The hotel felt quite new, about three months old, and the front desk staff were nice, suggesting places to eat nearby. Still, there were some serious hiccups. Our company had a block of rooms, but when we checked in, we were charged or authorized at different rates. They were upgrading their system, and some charges posted while we were still staying there. Some people were charged twice. I hope it’s all fixed by the end of the stay. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels for work, but this was the first where there was no option for daily housekeeping. I was told rooms were cleaned every other day, which I can live with, but housekeeping missed my room twice during my 10-night stay, two of the five scheduled cleanings. I also expected the room to be done earlier, yet we’d return after 4pm and it still hadn’t been cleaned. Sales and the front desk need to communicate better, and housekeeping needs improvement. The staff are probably still learning since the hotel is new, so I’m being a little lenient and giving it three stars. I do like the location and the decent room size, and hope they address these problems and improve.

Having Celiac disease can make eating away from home stressful and isolating, but the kitchen team made sure I had delicious, safe gluten-free meals every day. They personalized everything with a level of care I’ve never experienced at another Hyatt, despite staying at many around the country. I arrived at Hyatt House while dealing with difficult health issues, and staff treated me with compassion from check-in onward. Every day, someone checked how I was feeling and made sure I felt comfortable, safe, and supported. They remembered my situation and followed up, making me feel valued as a person, not just someone in a room. Their kindness made a challenging period feel lighter and warmer. Jatin Samie, Sumedha, Bhavya, Jibi, Yulia, Shahvir aadhya, Karenveer and the manager Krishna, thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is easily my most outstanding Hyatt stay, all because of this wonderful team. Hyatt House should be proud of them, and I’ll always remember the experience with deep gratitude.
