There are cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Disgusting, and the staff seem to think a sticky trap will solve it. The older man in management didn't care about anything, and management is terrible. Bring your own coins for tbe Laundry, because reception hardly has any change. The vending machines are useless. If you like partying with cockroaches, stay here. Otherwise, stay away.

I'm just a visitor. This is now a shelter, and the rooms are absolutely disgusting. Even the mattresses in the cribs look freshly urinated on, and the room smells of cigarettes despite supposedly being non-smoking. As a homeless shelter, this place should be cleaner and should call an exterminator. Put yourself in these people's shoes and imagine how it would feel to be in their situation, placed in such a horrid place, especially with small children.

This doesn't even deserve one star. The room felt more like a shelter than a motel. The bed was low quality, the floor filthy, the blanket turning yellow, and the face cloth poor quality. The receptionist was extremely rude and even chewed gum while talking to customers. Absolutely disgusting.

It wasn't a fancy place, but it was clean and quiet, and the service was courteous. The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and the bathroom fresh and clean. Our stay was brief, and although the first non-smoking room smelled as if someone had just finished a cigarette, the staff quickly moved us to one that smelled better. Don't expect much from the generic-looking soap or shampoo, they looked awful, so I was glad I brought my own. Good service earns them four stars. I recommend it.
