Tru By Hilton Toronto Airport West

For an affordable airport hotel, this had what we needed. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, and the shuttle ride there and back was smooth. The service was really good, with helpful staff who smiled. The room was nice and had a huge king bed. I was still impressed by the waffle and pancake machines 😂. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. Good value for the price, with friendly faces thrown in.

I had a really good one-night stay and will definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of variety. It's right by the airport and major highways, easy to reach, with lots of parking if you need it. No issues or complaints from me.

Breakfast had pretty much everything we wanted: omelettes, sausage, home fries, bagels, pancakes with all kinds of toppings, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. The hotel was very clean, the room cozy, and the staff kind and welcoming. We slept well on the comfortable bed and pillows, and the walk-in shower was excellent. All the little things made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I'd happily return and recommend the hotel.

For a transit stop near Toronto Pearson Airport, this was a comfortable place to rest. The hotel is close by and has an hourly shuttle to and from the airport, which is a big plus. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the essentials. It and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast is available in the morning, and coffee and tea throughout the day were especially handy when traveling at odd hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ms. Lovepreet at the front desk was especially kind, welcoming, and supportive, which made the stay even nicer. I highly recommend it to anyone in transit.
