Bondurant by Tremblant Platinum

The four-bedroom unit was clean and nicely appointed, with lovely views of a small lake, a convenient garage, and easy access to the main village and attractions. One bedroom had velour blankets and top sheets instead of the comfortable quilts used in the other rooms, which I wasn't sure about. Still, a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We love the location, hot tub, and access to the wonderful Westin facilities across the street, but for the nightly rental price, I expected some investment in cleaning and fixing things. We've stayed in this four-bedroom condo every year for six years, and this visit was a long list of problems. The room wasn't ready for our reserved 4pm check-in, and it got worse. The dishwasher soap door was broken, so dishes didn't get clean. I reported it to Westin, but nobody came to check or repair it. The kettle didn't work, the front stove burner was out, the microwave timer didn't work, and some light switches malfunctioned. The light fixture over the island was dusty and dirty. The fridge thermostat was off and froze the vegetables, the ice maker was broken, and closet doors were broken too. There were food wrappers and spills on the dirty stairwell hall floors, which were sticky, and garbage on the garage floor. The place needs a thorough cleaning and inspection. It seems The Westin isn't looking after the property, which is really unfortunate.

The condo 95-4 put us right in the middle of all the action, and we had an amazing stay. The kids went to the Folle parade and hiked Tremblant, and we ate so well!
