The view of Mont Tremblant was lovely, and the condos felt cozy and were kept in good shape. They’re a bit dated, but everything was maintained well. The kitchen is small, though it worked perfectly for our week, and there’s a dishwasher and washer/dryer as well. This was a great choice and good value compared with the other local places we’ve stayed over the years. We’d recommend it. You can get fire logs from Reception at the top of the mountain.

We paid $800, and after finding mouse droppings, I expected at least some help beyond setting a trap. I wouldn’t come back, less because of the mouse itself than because of how the resort handled it. We called the front desk, and a service worker came right away while we were out of the room to put down a trap and supposedly clean the droppings. They were still there afterward, which was especially concerning with our 9 month old crawling around. The trap didn’t work either. On the third night, I woke up to a deformed mouse in the kitchen. This felt extremely unsanitary, and the mouse was in our space and waking me up. A small discount, another room, or really any other response would have made a difference.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a decent kitchen for making your own meals. I stayed during the half-marathon week and had a great time. It’s handy to Mont-Tremblant while still being outside the village, and I can see it working well in winter too. The pools were lovely, and it was nice to have more than one to choose from. My stay also included free access to the town beach, which was magnificent. If you’re there during the week and can go when it’s quieter, I’d recommend it. One thing to keep in mind in summer is the heat: there’s no AC, the rooms get very warm on hot days, and the fans didn’t help much. I’d close the blinds when you check in to keep the room as cool as possible.

It’s a beautiful, peaceful setting, and this visit was especially quiet and comfortable. I’ve stayed here quite a few times, and the noise can vary a lot depending on the season. Some units are nicer than others. This one was cozy, though not as well appointed as a few I’ve had before. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. The jetted tub didn’t work, and even the stopper wouldn’t hold water for a regular bath. My internet was down all weekend, then started working strangely on the day I checked out. One thing to know is that a tip for the maid is expected, but there’s no daily service. Cleaning happens at checkout for the next guest. I really enjoyed the calm and the scenery, though noise levels can be hit or miss depending on when you visit.

Jeff was so accommodating and made sure we could have the same condo again for its view and the wildlife. He was a pleasure to talk with. Alex was lovely too, and shares our affection for the animals nearby. We traded photos we’d taken during our stay. My husband and I were there September 3-8, and we’ve stayed here before. We love this resort and are already looking forward to coming back in winter.
