The desk staff were really nice and helpful. Underground parking was convenient, though I only found out at checkout that it cost extra. There was also a huge communal hot tub, ski check included at the base of the mountain on the south/resort side, and free ice skate rental. Nobody showed up to hand out skates for two days, though. It's at the bottom of the resort, but a lift gets you up to the bottom of the ski lift quickly. There are plenty of places to eat and get drinks, but they're all pricey. We enjoyed skiing and boarding when we weren't freezing. They had a freak cold snap, the likes of which they hadn't seen in 50 years.

The hot tub was the best part for me, a great way to relax after a full day out. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh, complete, and all of it tasted great. You could feel the quality in the details. Our room at Ermitage du Lac was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was quiet and beautiful, with everything in the village just a short walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back. Totally recommend it to anyone visiting Mont-Tremblant.

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The continental breakfast was great, and there were ski and snowboard lockers. The village location was great too. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was relaxing. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff were so accommodating and considerate. We arrived at 2:30 and they let us check in early without any trouble. At checkout, they also let us keep the car in the basement parking for two more hours so we could explore longer. Parking was $23 plus tax. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cooking supplies, a small stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Keurig machine. The free breakfast was good, with boiled eggs, ham, fruit, a few pastries, coffee machines, cereal for kids, juice, cheese, yogurt, spreads, bread, and bagels. There was a highchair for little kids too. We had a pleasant stay, and the staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist, who I think was named Huguette. She was very sweet. My family will definitely come back. I recommend this place 100%!

Joanie went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant and accommodate us. The staff were great, and we'd definitely book here again. We were here for a friend's 50th birthday weekend, and the room felt modern, clean, and like home. The beds were comfortable. The property has a pool and hot tub, and it's at the base of the pedestrian village, close to all amenities.
