We booked 1510-18 from RVMT and paid over $900, but had a terrible lodging experience. There was no air conditioning, and we slept at 28c for two nights. Nothing was done after several complaints. My guests from Vancouver left disappointed with what felt like a cheap lodging experience. The provided fans were noisy. The hot tub was locked, and after two hours of repeated calls, it was opened, but it didn't work and had worms inside. Beware before booking. Please go elsewhere and never come here.

The units were all in great condition, with ski racks by the unit entrances or along the walking path. There's also a convenient underground garage and extra ski storage in a locker if needed. It's very close to the Soliel Express lift, about a 45-second to 1.5-minute walk depending on the unit. A wonderful place to stay on a trip to Mont Tremblant.

The location and setup may have been fine, but the temperature inside made the stay disappointing. It was extremely hot in the unit during the day and even into the evening. There was no proper air conditioning, and the fans provided barely helped. Sleeping was uncomfortable, and spending time inside during the day was nearly unbearable. I wouldn't recommend this listing in warmer months unless something is done to fix the temperature.

The air conditioning didn't work all night, and the unit stayed at 26°C, so sleeping was impossible. A nitrogen gas detector also kept beeping nonstop, apparently because of a dead battery, and disturbed everyone. Nobody was available onsite to help. We booked because year-round access to the hot pool was advertised and confirmed before booking. When we arrived, it was locked. The property manager gave us the code, but the pool was filthy, full of worms, and not working properly. This was meant to be a special family trip with relatives visiting from Vancouver, and the whole experience was ruined. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was completely unacceptable for the price and the expectations they set.

We booked 1500-01 through the Tremblant website for a little baby moon and birthday getaway. It looked like it was in the village, and we thought we'd booked a hotel suite. It turned out to be a third party condo system, and we were disappointed to find that it wasn't in the village. The indoor garage was too small for our truck or even an SUV. The website made it sound like there'd be a lot to do, but everything was closed. Maybe they should give a seasonal warning. Looks are deceiving. At first it seemed nice, but little things made it feel very unwelcoming. The living room TV had parental controls and needed a PIN for anything above PG14, but we weren't given one. The bedroom TV had no remote and was unusable. Everything had labels saying “DO NOT TOUCh” or that a $ fine applied if lost. The amounts I saw ranged from $50-250. We understood why when we checked in and were charged $1000 for incidentals. I was scared to touch anything. The first night, the king size ENDY bed had a foam topper that felt like cardboard. It was the most uncomfortable sleep I've had in a condo or hotel, like roughing it in a trailer. My hips were screaming in the morning. I'm 32 weeks pregnant, and this wasn't the weekend we wanted. We called the front desk about the TVs, but they said they'd leave a note for the owners to deal with. After waking up sore from the bed, we didn't want to stay another night. We called the service desk to ask for a refund for this mess, but they denied it. I feel scammed and defeated.
