Motel Tremblant

I had to cancel the same evening I booked because my plans changed at the last minute. Even though I canceled within hours, the manager charged me a $165 cancellation fee. After an hour of phone calls, I confirmed it was his decision. He said he was doing me a "favor" by charging only 50% of the original two-room booking. To me, charging for a stay canceled within hours feels like an abuse of policy and frankly dishonest. I’m deeply disappointed, and I’ll stay elsewhere next time I’m in Tremblant. If I don’t get my money back, I lose. Fine, but I can’t believe someone can do this. I’d understand if I’d booked a month ago and canceled two days before, but this was within hours.

We don’t usually post negative reviews, but we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. The bathroom was filthy, which is a dealbreaker, and the room was very dated. The walls were in disrepair and the fixtures badly needed work. It wasn’t worth what we paid, especially with better choices in the area. 👎👎

The website offered breakfast, but when we arrived there wasn’t any, not even a coffee machine in the room. I paid $150 at 3 pm, then by 7 pm the price had dropped to $95. It’s 20 minutes from Tremblant. Could be a gem if it were managed better.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but this felt like being in a National Lampoon film. The place smelled like sewage, the bathroom tiles and paint were falling apart, and it wasn’t clean. I’d sleep in my car before staying there again. I’ve been in truck stop motels that were far better.
