The balcony gave us a nice view of the city’s activity, and the bedroom was so cozy. The bathroom was kind of wild, with a huge fancy sink, a waterfall style shower, and lots of soft towels. My SO and I stayed for a night while visiting, and we were blown away by how sweet and quaint the place felt. I really recommend it for a city visit. It has a different feel from a chain hotel, and that makes it so much better.

The bed was comfortable, and there’s a closet and small dresser for clothes. It’s a clean B&B in a lively, safe part of town, with a shared kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. There’s no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan in our room, and it was 30 degrees C at night, which was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, though the shower is small and there’s nowhere good to put shampoo bottles or a washcloth. The squeegee there suggests you’re expected to clean up after each shower. The door lock was unreliable, so you had to allow time to check whether it was locked or unlocked. I haven’t had to share the bathroom with other guests yet, so I don’t know how that will work in the morning.

The hosts, Patric and his wife, were genuinely good, friendly people, and Patric’s breakfasts were unforgettable: fresh fruit bought daily and prepared with real chef quality. My room was clean and modern, and although the weather was cold in March, 2013, I warmed up quickly once back inside. I still remember calling a cab to "dix-neuf Trente-trois rue Panet. That weekend left me with a beautiful, happy memory I want to revisit. I highly recommend "Atmosphere" if you’re looking to see rue St. Catherine.

Patryck is in great form as a host, serving wonderful breakfasts with steady kindness and a good sense of humor. This is a guesthouse worth discovering and coming back to. Highly recommended. And do have coffee with him in the kitchen if you can, he’s a really nice guy. Patrick and Marie-Claire Belgium

We haven’t left yet, and already we’ll be reluctant to return to everyday life. The place is lovely and very, very pleasant, with a superb location. We’ll come back when the piggy bank is full again 😉 Pure bliss 😴😎😍
