At 11:30 while I was asleep, someone tried to open my door because my room had been double booked. Luckily, I’d put the door bar on. The hall was also loud late at night, with people yelling and banging. Then staff called me about 30 minutes later, called several more times, and knocked twice to ask if I’d switch rooms. It was already midnight, I’d been traveling and out with customers, and had an early day ahead. What a gong show. Never staying here again. The location is good and the room was fine, though a bit tired.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work, but I don’t think I’d come back. The sheets don’t fit the bed, so they bunch up while you sleep, and the mattress pad is left partly uncovered. I’m uncomfortable lying directly on it, even before getting into bed. Also, the outlets beside the bed don’t hold plugs securely, so your device might not charge overnight. Not great if you’re catching a flight.

We arrived around 3 a.m. after our airline canceled our flight, and by then almost everywhere was closed, so we wished we could have found something to eat. Still, the front desk ladies were wonderful, and we were able to make tea and get something warm in our stomachs after the awful flight. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We checked out as soon as we saw the room. After our airline canceled our flight to Cancun, we were placed here, but the room was so disturbing and unsanitary that we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying even one night. The carpet smelled and felt dirty, the couch had suspicious stains that looked like bodily fluids, and the sheets had several black spots. Both nightstands were coated in thick, sticky grime that left our hands feeling greasy. Near the TV, dried stains looked like old food or tomato sauce. The bathroom was just as bad: urine residue on the counter, visible pubic hair on and around the toilet, spit stains on the counter, and a stained bathtub that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. We ended up cleaning part of it ourselves because it was too revolting to use. No guest should have to deal with bodily waste in a hotel room. When I called the front desk and explained what we found, including that we’d cleaned some of it ourselves, the staff member showed no concern. They offered one drink as “compensation,” which felt insulting and dismissive. Only after I pushed further did they offer to send a cleaning crew, after we’d already cleaned. When I said I’d leave a review, the staff member hung up on me. That was completely disrespectful and showed no accountability. Between the contamination, dirty furniture and bedding, smelly carpet, and lack of help, this was horrifying. The hotel doesn’t seem to follow basic cleanliness standards, and the staff response showed no professionalism. I would never stay here again and strongly don’t recommend it.
