The hotel feels old, from the carpet and furniture to the general look, and the view was mostly of a busy street with cars. Still, my room and bed were clean. It had a rather fancy bar island, and they provided a bathrobe, though I didn't use it. The location was just okay to me, with a Walmart, a few places to eat, and a train station nearby. There's no free breakfast included, but the Ben and Florentine beside the hotel was really good. It's quite cheap for a 4-star place, so I can't really complain.

Samha at reception was very kind and professional. I arrived at 3pm, an hour before check-in, after nearly seven hours of travel in bad weather, and she upgraded my room and checked me in right away. She really put the customer first. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location is central, close to restaurants and other amenities, and the rates are very reasonable.

The Chinese-themed atmosphere at Ruby Foo’s Hotel is charming, but the warm service stood out most. Samia at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and her smile made me feel welcome right away. I had a great stay and would definitely return.

The hotel is cozy, good value, and has lots of amenities. It's within walking distance of the metro, and the staff are all lovely. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with huge portions.

I spent two wonderful days at Ruby Foo’s Hotel. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service made me feel at home. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, and the reception team greeted me with lovely smiles. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal and will definitely return. Thank you for a beautiful experience!
