We were so happy with the service and how clean the property was. The rooms were spacious, check-in was quick, and the valet parking was handy in the minus 25 degree weather. Before we’d even been there two minutes, the gentleman at the front door came outside to help with our bags. There was a mix-up with our room, but they apologized right away and gave us a complimentary drink. Breakfast was fresh, the service was great, and the cappuccino was fantastic. We found the hotel on Expedia and would book again next time we’re in town. The one letdown was that we thought there was a hot tub and gym on site. They’re actually at a separate property, 5-10 minutes away on foot.

A nice boutique hotel with clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, but the bar closes early, I think around 10. I wouldn’t choose the parking option, since the car is kept outside and takes a long time to bring around.

The room was beautiful, and we were welcomed with a sweet little birthday box of gifts for our surprise birthday trip. The staff were so warm and caring throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared each day, and the spa was beautiful too, just a short walk down the road. Thanks for making it such a lovely visit! ♥️♥️

The late-night cold was what really soured our one night here. Our room was stuck at 19°C, the front desk was empty, and the person we found couldn’t help, so we spent the night uncomfortable. Staff were polite, but not very helpful. The room itself was clean, with fresh linens, a tidy bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a decent buffet selection and was clean and organized, though the food was average. The potatoes were soft and clearly not fresh, but it was passable. The location is excellent, right downtown and close to everything, but everything seemed overpriced for what we got. Clean and convenient, but lacking warmth, in every sense. Fine for a quick stay, though we wouldn’t rush back.

The Skyline view Suite was lovely and felt luxurious. Even the standard room I had first was spacious and nice. A neighbour’s radiator got very loud in the evening and made my walls vibrate, but the staff reacted straight away and moved me. I slept well after that and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. I had a nice one-night stay before my exchange semester in Montréal. The gym a few blocks toward the pleatau is highly recommended.
