We had lovely drinks at the bar, where the velvety decor made it easy to relax. The heated outdoor rooftop pool and saunas were a treat, especially swimming late while snowflakes fell in the evening sky. The room was a good size, clean, and crisp in its decor, with excellent amenities. Service was excellent from the lobby concierge greeting us through check-in and check-out. Staff were discreet but helpful. Humaniti hotel in montreal delivered what we’ve come to expect from this class of Marriott. Its location is brilliant, with Old Montreal and the hip “Quartier des spectacles” part of Montreal a short walk away. We can’t wait to return on our next Montreal trip.

The one disappointing part was the front desk. The woman who met us seemed disengaged, though she wasn’t rude. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which was fine, but they took our number and never called. We only learned it was ready when we went back to the desk at 4 p.m. I still enjoyed the stay and would happily return, so I didn’t take a star off. The location is ideal for walking to many sites, and the room was spacious, clean, and had huge windows. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant H3 was delicious and included in our stay. I liked ordering from a special breakfast menu instead of having a buffet. The heated outdoor pool and sauna were wonderful in winter, and the gym had everything you need.

That rooftop pool was a real highlight, with a relaxed, stylish feel and views over the city. The Hero Suite at Humaniti Hotel Montreal was spacious, bright, modern, and beautifully designed. It felt luxurious without losing comfort, and I barely wanted to leave the room. I also liked the gym. The spa was nice, though the room was too bright and the masseur chatted a bit much for me to fully relax. Still, he did wonders for my back and the pain went away. The staff were genuinely kind. My one wish is that the Hero Suite had a true two-bedroom layout, which would work better for a larger group. I had a great stay and would come back.

The rooftop pool is heated, and having the sauna, spa, and restaurant access made the stay convenient for all ages. Our room was cleaned each day while we were out, and there’s a garage in the building for parking the car. The hotel is centrally located and keeps security at a high level, which made us feel more comfortable. We had a good time here and would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting nearby.
