The property needs better upkeep. The elevators aren't working properly, and the furniture and chairs look old. It definitely needs some remodeling.

This place made me want to get out of there.

Bell reception.

We had a terrible stay here, and I can see why their website says the residence is closed. The building is connected to Manoir Soleil, and I strongly suggest avoiding it. The place was dirty and near the metro station, and the security staff were aggressive and violent.

There's private access to the metro, and the location is really well served. But the highlight for me was the top-floor dining room view, which is incredible at any time of day: you can see all across Montreal, including Mount Royal, the Old Port, and the Jacques-Cartier Bridge. Last July, I even watched the fireworks from up there. It was such a lovely, lively moment with the residents.
