Parc Avenue Lofts

The location is good, but my experience raised serious concerns about how the place is run and how contractors can get in using the number codes. I booked through Airbnb. The host name and profile picture later changed, and the listing reviews disappeared, so I’m leaving this on Google. When I checked into one unit, there was an old toilet in the hallway and a replacement installed in the bathroom but not connected. There was debris around, tools on the kitchen counter, and boot prints on the floor. I told the host while I was out. They replied asking, “are you sure?” When I returned that evening, the old toilet was gone and the new one worked. Either the contractor had told the host the work was done when it wasn’t, or the host was trying to gaslight me. The team had entered the space without asking me. On the first night, someone came into our unit. I told the host, but they didn’t address it directly. That’s a safety violation, and I think this place should be shut down immediately. The Airbnb host name then changed and the reviews were all purged. The second picture shows our chat history, where I refer to a “Joe” (see third picture). After the swap, I could no longer leave a review on the actual listing.
