Saint François Xavier Furnished Suites by Hometrotting

The location was convenient, but otherwise this place was a huge disappointment. We stood outside for two hours because nobody had given us the entry codes, and we had to call Expedia to get them. Inside, it smelled bad and there was no elevator. The door had no privacy lock and was nearly impossible to open because it dragged on the floor. The old sofa bed had a sagging mattress that we couldn't sleep on, and there weren't enough towels. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

We got no sleep in this dump. The room was above a night club, shaking and loud all night, and I can't understand how they think it's acceptable not to disclose that. It was advertised as a suite with a separate room and pullout sofa, but that wasn't what we got.

The location is perfect, but the room and service were awful. The bedroom connects to two other bedrooms, and both door locks were broken, so the doors wouldn't stay shut and there was no privacy, even while showering. The apartment door wasn't secure either, it would open if pushed with some force. The bedsheets weren't clean. The listing falsely described two sofa beds, but neither pulled out or could even sleep one person. Someone parked in my spot, and the service desk didn't care when I called.

Nice room with a large bed, couch, TV, kitchen, and good AC. Just a heads up, there's no elevator, and getting multiple big suitcases up to the third floor is a hike.
