Sandy Beach Lodge

We spent a week at Sandy Beach Lodge in the shoulder season and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, the grounds were beautifully kept, and though the rooms were simple, they were clean and comfortable. Having breakfast provided each morning was a nice bonus. We explored Naramata and Penticton by day, then came back to relax in the evenings. In October we even braved a cold plunge in the lake, then warmed up in the hot tub. Watching the sunset over the beach with a glass or two of wine was another highlight. We definitely hope to return soon.

I stayed in the lodge for a family reunion. It came with a healthy breakfast, including coffee and juice. Great place for a reunion.

I had a great time at the wedding, with excellent food and beautiful rooms and cabins. Being allowed to have fire pits on the beach was awesome. The one downside, if I had to pick one, was that smoking was only allowed off the premises, with nowhere there to even sit. So if you smoke anything, this may not be the place for you. I enjoyed myself and hope you do too.

We had a great visit before the busy season. The staff were friendly, and the cabins had everything we needed, from kitchen cooking gear to extra pillows and blankets. There were nine of us; a couple stayed in the lodge and had a delicious breakfast included. We'd definitely come back for the view and the beachfront, with fire pits and lawn chairs.
