I’d read the reviews and was a bit worried, but the hotel was great when we arrived. Our renovated room was clean, with a cozy bed, and I slept really well. The place was well kept, including the beautiful new hallway carpet. The staff were nice, and I’d definitely come back.

The room was clean, but the mattress was so uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my back. It was the worst mattress I’ve had at a Comfort Inn. They need to replace their mattresses as soon as possible.

The room was clean and updated, and the customer service was good from the start. The location is convenient too. This stretch of Lundy's Lane has good bakeries and restaurants, plus grocery and drug stores for whatever you need.

I woke up with severe rashes after bed bugs in the hotel room. The hot tub had also been out of service for a month. I’d made my reservation a month earlier and was told about the hot tub being unavailable. Guest service was so-so, and I wasn’t happy with the overall quality of the stay.

A nice, clean hotel in a good location, with good service and helpful staff.
