Breakfast on the balcony each morning was my favorite part, and my wife loved the dry sauna and bubble bath. The rooms are magnificent, too. Gary& Caroline have spent over forty years perfecting the hospitality and comfort here. Park Place Bed and Breakfast is lovely and so close to Niagara Falls. I keep thinking of all the family and friends I want to recommend it to.

The room was spacious and clean, with free parking and a good spot right along the Niagara River. Each day, we could choose breakfast in the dining room or have it brought to our bedroom, which was a really nice option. Gary and Caroline were warm hosts, and their restaurant, event, and wine tips were spot on and made the trip more enjoyable. We had a great stay and will be back.

We stayed in the Carriage House for the weekend of Oct 31 - Nov1. It felt private and relaxing, set apart from the other guests, while still having that B&B atmosphere. The place is fully appointed, with a full kitchen and electric fireplace. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to the kitchen each morning, and we left the dishes downstairs by the door for pickup. The hosts were so welcoming. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you Carolyn and Gary Burke :)

We love coming back to this B&B and wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Niagara Falls. The rooms are spotless, roomy, comfortable, and still cozy. Gary and Carolyn are the kindest hosts, and breakfast is out of this world good. They also gave us perfect recommendations for restaurants and wineries.

After the busy, crowded tourist spots around the falls, it was such a relief to return to a peaceful, relaxing place. It's close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough away to be quiet. My husband and I spent two days here for our 20th anniversary, and the stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and well kept, with modern conveniences alongside its quaint Victorian feel. Carolyn and Gary are wonderful hosts. Loved every second.
