Niagara-on-the-Lake Furnished Rentals

The smell was the first thing that put me off when we entered the dark house. It was a mix of incense, marijuana, and bleach, and made me feel nauseated. My husband and I had booked for Labour Day weekend. Nobody was there to greet us, so we had to look for the key ourselves, and other renters were coming and going. We eventually reached one of the owners, Chris, hours later. She argued that there was no odour, then agreed after we went back and forth to refund us. We found a room at the Hilton and I was relieved to stay there, but Chris still hasn't paid us back or returned our calls. They ask for payment in advance by email money transfer. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
