Staybridge Suites Oakville by IHG

Liza and Kiran were wonderful with the breakfast rush. Even when a big group of hockey players arrived all at once, they kept everything tidy, organized, and stocked, all while staying efficient and friendly. Their service made the morning much more enjoyable. Thanks to both of you!

The food was amazing, and I really liked the hand-paint artwork around the hotel. The décor isn’t especially modern, but everything worked as it should. Liza, Gerrard, the young gentleman at the evening socials (I forgot to ask his name, so I’ll call him the bartender haha), and the rest of the staff were all friendly. They made an already pleasant stay even nicer. :)

We were meeting family from out of town and Dwight helped make an early check-in possible. The staff greeted us whenever we passed by, and the service was excellent. Our room was spotless, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was very good. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It’s why I only stay at Staybridge Suites.

I’ll be here until the end of January 2026, and possibly longer. The stay has been quiet and satisfactory, and the staff have been receptive and doing their jobs well. Liza in the kitchen has adjusted breakfast to our early schedule for work at Ford, and Dwight is always pitching in like a good team member. The rooms are dated and showing wear, though. The furnaces need cleaning, and dirt from the vents is visible on the ceilings. That’s the main downside after my three weeks here.
