The gym could use more water and disposable items, and I would have liked a little more variety at breakfast. I also had a problem with some forgotten items, but Shrutika sorted everything out smoothly. The pool was a lovely place to relax, and the facilities were spotless. From arrival onward, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We really like being so close to the Canadian tire centre for Sens games, and the pool, hot tub, and gym are great. There are little touches like cookies at check-in and earplugs in the room, though we didn't need the latter. Rooms and bathroom sinks are a bit small but otherwise fine. The pillows are extra thick, so I wish there were a slimmer option. I'll remember to bring one next time. Breakfast has pretty much everything, and you can make tea any time of day. As someone who drinks decaf, I'd love a decaf coffee option.

We were in town for ringette Nationals, and the bar had great options. Coffee was available all day, and the hotel is right across from the outlets. The staff were very accommodating, especially in the kitchen, bar, and at the front desk. Housekeeping on the first floor was less reliable, though. I asked several times for fresh towels and for the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't done. Still, it was a great stay.

I don't usually leave one-star reviews, but this week-long family stay ended badly. The breakfast attendant was wonderful, and some front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I had hoped to leave a positive review despite earlier problems, but there were several service issues. On our first night, the duvet cover had blood stains and clearly hadn't been replaced before we arrived. We asked for housekeeping the next day. When we got back, a new comforter and clean towels had been left, but the room itself hadn't been cleaned. Another morning, housekeeping came while we were getting ready to go to museums. They first agreed to return shortly, then another staff member said it was now or not at all. We chose to leave and asked for clean towels instead, even though other rooms on our floor were still being cleaned as we went. At the pool, we were told to leave because we wore clean water shoes, despite no posted rule against them. I've never encountered that rule at another hotel. We wear them for foot protection. My daughter and I both have Marfan syndrome, which affects our bones and joints, including our feet. The shoes provide stability and support and reduce strain and pain on wet surfaces, so this was about physical comfort, not just preference. The staff member's approach felt confrontational and unwelcoming. It was shortly after 9 PM, while posted pool hours said closing was at 10. That was especially frustrating because the hot tub's posted five-person limit had gone unenforced on another evening. The pool incident overshadowed the good parts of the stay. Inconsistent cleanliness, incomplete housekeeping, and the way this was handled were disappointing. I hope management addresses it.
