In July 2025, I stayed here while traveling and while our kids attended a conference at the college. The rooms were comfortable and suited our needs. Pay parking is beside the building and costs per day. Depending on your room, the walk to the front desk can be long, and conference carts may sometimes be in use.

Our June 26th stay at Residence Inn was a disaster, and I had to check out late with my children and find another hotel. The first room reeked of marijuana. We were moved, but the next room had no working AC and, most concerning, a broken door lock. That's a serious safety risk for a family. The place is poorly maintained, and customer service was nonexistent when we had real problems. Families, avoid this place. Don't risk your safety or comfort.

We booked a two-bedroom suite for my brother and me, and everything was good. The unit had strong air conditioning throughout, and the bedrooms had windows that opened for fresh air. It was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overnight parking was just $6.25, right next to the building.

Don't stay here. The rooms smell bad and get very hot, there's no ventilation, and the lifts don't work. The front desk doesn't respond either. I contacted the residence to get the situation handled, but the "Sales Manager" wasn't available to speak with me. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

For a good price, this was clean and safe, with good value for a basic stay. The address listed can be very confusing if you don't know the area, since it's nowhere near the front desk. Go to Building R at 717 Wajashk Private rather than 1385 Woodroffe.
