We had a lovely, comfortable sleep and breakfast was nice in the morning. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and smelled amazing. We spent the evening out front in comfy chairs with BC wine, looking at the lake and listening to the crickets. I can see why our lovely hostess named the property as she did. We'll be back!

The location is beautiful, and the stay was fantastic. Nikki is warm, friendly, and so inviting. The Dutch baby pancake she made for breakfast was wonderful. This place and Nikki are gems! We highly recommend it for a great getaway.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the front veranda, with a lovely lake view from there and our room. Nikki made sure we were comfortable and looked after, and she was a wonderful host. Her place is clean and welcoming. We'll definitely stay again when we're back for wine tasting in Summerland and Peachland!

This was our second stay, and it was lovely again. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It's a handy base for exploring the area, or a good place to put your feet up on the couches and relax. The owner is sociable and lovely without being overbearing. Her breakfasts were delicious and light enough, while still keeping us full through the morning. I'd never tried a Dutch baby before, and now I crave them for breakfast. For city people not used to all the open nature, the neighborhood is lovely to walk around. There are beautiful homes and scenery, crickets and nature sounds, plus a little farm where you can see horses.

Nikki (Owner) welcomed us so warmly we felt like family. The Chirping Cricket Bed & Breakfast was a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Peachland!
