The staff were always around keeping the building and grounds clean. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we pulled into the lot, but the room was lovely, and the bed and linens were really comfortable. We had the room with the big double jacuzzi tub, which was awesome.

The yard was nice, with a view of a river, and the rooms were super clean and recently renovated as of August 2020. It’s a hidden gem with, by far, the best quality for the price in the area. Just don’t expect a five-star hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and helped us out, and the price was really good. We enjoyed the lovely views and activities around the motel. We stayed one night at Motel de la Rivière, and the guest room was clean and comfortable. Glad we picked this place, and we’ll definitely stay again next time.

Our basic room had been renovated and was clean, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathtub was tiny. There’s no breakfast, either. The exterior could really use a major facelift. Next time, I’d stay somewhere with more amenities.

It didn’t look like much when we drove in, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was nicely renovated, very clean, and had fantastic linens and a great bed.
