The pool was fantastic, especially with the waterslide and hot tub, and breakfast had lots of good options. I stayed three nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was cleaned really nicely and given fresh towels every morning. We had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend it 😊

I was clear that I needed a quiet room and had a long drive the next day, so being woken at 3:30 a.m. was really disappointing. There was loud banging from drawers and other noise directly below my room, apparently from the kitchen. I was told they had to prepare breakfast for guests and received a verbal apology. I appreciate the apology, but my sleep was seriously disrupted. Guests should be told in advance if a room is above the kitchen, especially when they’ve requested quiet. They knew I needed a quiet room, yet gave me the worst room.
The staff were very nice, and they even mailed my Kindle back to me. Breakfast was fine, as was the room, though we couldn't keep the temperature where we wanted it: it was either too hot or too cold. We walked into town one afternoon, but doing that in the dark for dinner wouldn't be pleasant or practical. Parking wasn't too hard, luckily. There was some truck noise from the highway.
The kids spent nearly two hours going down the waterslide, and the hot tub was big enough for lots of adults. Our suite had a separate room with a door, which was great because I could put the kids to bed and stay up later. My daughters and I were there for a short trip, and it was one of the cleanest rooms I've seen at a wyndham hotel. Everyone we dealt with, from check-in to cleaning and breakfast, was super friendly. The continental breakfast was fantastic, with waffles, different meats, melon, eggs, and lots more. They had dairy-free milk and a sign saying gluten-free bread was available on request. We were staying at another hotel in Revelstoke, but I think we'll come back here next time. As others have said, it's beside the highway and train track. I'm not a light sleeper, so the noise didn't bother me, but light sleepers might want earplugs.
Breakfast was included and plentiful, which set us up well for the day. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, and the shower was good. Having a fridge and microwave was handy, too. It's about a five-minute drive to the town center, or an easy 20-25-minute walk, with plenty of nearby dining options for a quick meal. The place was easy to find, with lots of parking, and the service was excellent, welcoming, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
