We got in early after our cruise, well before regular check-in, and Mr. Nestor kindly kept our bags so we could explore without worrying about them. He let us know as soon as a room was ready, arranged the airport shuttle, and made sure we had a quiet room. That help really improved our stay. The shuttle driver was professional and friendly, and our room was clean. The hotel was well maintained overall, and the airport is very close. Highly recommend it for a visit to the area.

Alfredo made us feel welcome from the moment he greeted us. He explained the Sandman RSVP Rewards Program and helped us make the booking through our portal so we could get the rewards. He also suggested some great nearby restaurants and made sure we were comfortable during our visit. His attention and professionalism stood out, as did the welcoming, smiling front desk team. The facilities were excellent, and having Chop Steakhouse & Bar and Starbucks right on the lobby level was convenient. We also loved the breathtaking views from the higher floors. The hospitality and service exceeded what we expected. We'd absolutely book again and highly recommend the hotel. Thanks to Alfredo and the whole team for a memorable stay!

Alfredo deserves special mention for being friendly, professional, and making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. It was clear he cared about the guest experience. The Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort is well kept, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the airport. I had a great visit and would stay again next time I'm in Vancouver. Highly recommended.

My family and I were here while caring for a family member, and the staff were kind and supportive when we checked in. Nestor welcomed us, got us through check-in quickly, and took time to go over shuttle times and ideas for our last day. He really seemed to care about guests. The lobby was comfortable, and our room was fine and very clean. My son loved the water slide. We had a great stay, thank you.

The in-room coffee was awful. I'm not fussy about coffee, but this was oddly bitter and acidic, and I couldn't drink it. It didn't even taste like coffee, unlike any hotel coffee I've had before. The location is convenient for the airport, and every staff member I spoke with was friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are somewhat dated and show wear, which isn't surprising given the business and airport proximity.
