SureStay by Best Western Richmond Vancouver Airport

The free shuttle I reserved arrived on time, and the trip to the airport took 15 minutes. The staff were cheerful and kind, and the hotel was very clean and quiet. It’s a smaller, older place, but affordable. Breakfast is decent, served in a small breakfast room. There’s a bus stop right outside, and a shopping center with a Dining Terrace and good food choices is a six-minute walk away. I’ll come back if I need a place to stay near the airport. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here about four times. It’s a stone’s throw from Park n fly, and the rooms are clean in a quiet area. The complimentary breakfast is basic, but it’s nice to have. We were there in August/ 2025, and the nightly rate had gone up quite a bit from the year before. Still, it seems that’s the case at all the hotels now. Would I stay here again when flying out of Vancouver? Yes.

I don’t give many five-star reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the value and quality at this BW brand. There’s underground parking, and it’s conveniently next to a hospital if that’s why you’re visiting. Breakfast has both hot and cold options, which is a definite plus. The room was a little small, but very nice and clean, with a fridge and comfortable beds. Even the often-missed spots, like the AC filter and bathroom exhaust fan grille, were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

The balcony was one of my favorite parts of my stay at SureStay by Best Western Richmond Vancouver Airport. I enjoyed leaving the door open for fresh air and listening to the city, with distant traffic and planes overhead making a calming background sound. From my fourth-floor room, I also had a lovely view over the area, and the higher floor felt private and quiet. The sounds never overwhelmed me, and being near the airport and major routes made them part of the experience. The location is especially convenient for the airport and ferry, whether you’re in transit or catching an early departure. I felt secure throughout the property, from the well-lit underground parking to the hallways and room. The protected parking made coming and going stress-free, and the overall sense of safety gave me peace of mind. My room was clean, comfortable, and laid out well, with everything functional and maintained. I could relax easily, and the facilities, atmosphere, and staff all felt dependable and well cared for. Check-in was quick and welcoming, with professional, pleasant staff and no confusion or delay. The whole stay felt smooth, from arrival through checkout. I’d happily return.
