I've been stopping here for homestyle meals since I was a young boy, and it's always been cozy and welcoming. The food is warm and fresh, and it's great any time of day. Prices are very reasonable too. If you're passing by, make this your stop to rest and enjoy a good meal!

The main floor bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and the floors were filthy. Things throughout the place were either very outdated or broken. While women were inside, the male cleaner tried to enter the women's bathroom. Don't they have proper training and procedures? I don't understand how the place keeps its certification. The whole place is disgusting and should be shut down permanently.

I only stopped here for a bathroom break and a snack while driving home from Quebec City to Ottawa, and I'd avoid this truck stop and motel if you can. There are a Harvey’s, Tim Hortons, and McDonalds across the highway; surely their standards are better. These bathrooms were worse than public porta potties I've used. Two toilets were clogged and close to overflowing, with garbage and toilet paper everywhere. They smelled awful and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The tables were all dirty, the indoor bins were overflowing, and every vending machine was out of order. The students working there seemed overwhelmed. The place should be demolished or completely gutted, maybe it's fit for a low budget movie set. I can't believe anyone sleeps or eats here. I felt so dirty afterward and couldn't wait to shower. Please go somewhere else.

Our first room was dirty, so we switched to another one. Then the power went out at 8 pm, and there was no emergency lighting. The owners left at 9 pm. At midnight, firefighters evacuated us from the unsafe building. There weren't any other hotels available, so we spent the rest of the night waiting at Montreal airport for our morning flight. I'm still waiting for a refund after that nightmare of a hotel stay.
