Seems like he only makes money when people can't cancel their reservations. Very bad management at this “hotel”.

The pillow was yellow, and the place wasn't clean.

The staff were kind and gave us a warm welcome. They were also understanding about my assistance dog, which hasn't always been my experience elsewhere. Le Citadin was a clean, comfortable studio with good equipment, and the price was very reasonable. I recommend it 100% and would happily return. Big thanks for their kindness!

Everything was perfect apart from one thing: the stairs are very steep, so people with disabilities should avoid them.

The free laundry room was really useful, and although the place is on a busy street, it was quiet. I stayed four nights with my 4-year-old, and we slept very well since we were out during the day. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper, and the kitchen had lots of utensils for making our own meals. It's a good value if you want somewhere to sleep with amenities. It obviously isn't comparable to the luxury of a big hotel.
