Our booking through airbnb was apparently double booked, even though we'd checked with management several times and they confirmed our stay. When we got there late at night, as we'd told them in advance, nobody responded and there was no staff on site. The emergency numbers they'd given us didn't work either. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Worst place to go.

The scenery outside is incredibly beautiful, and the accommodation was clean and well priced, just right for what we needed. We stayed three days in a room with a kitchenette. It had typical Québécois decor, was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable there.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! For the money, I'd rather stay here than anywhere in QC City. Mont Sainte Anne is right in front with a nice view, and the pool is at the back. The room is spacious, with a kitchenette, chimney and a high ceiling with nice decor.

For that price range, this was one of the better motels on my trip, just decent overall. The thermostat wasn't working, but one call to management sorted it out. I wanted to use the extra blanket, but it smelled awful, like old stinky socks. I think the towels had a similar smell because they were stored in the same bathroom closet.

The employees I met were really sweet, hardworking and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a cozy hotel with old Quebec charm, in a great spot for outdoor activities. Looking forward to coming back.
