Delta Hotels by Marriott Saskatoon Downtown

Tetayana checked me in today and was kind, helpful, and knew her stuff. I always have a good time staying at this Delta. It's one of my favorite Marriott Bonvoy hotels for customer service. Another enjoyable stay!

The restaurant team is still second to none. “E”, Brit, and the rest are awesome, and Tatyana went above and beyond when sorting out a parking issue during my stay. First class service from both of them. I spend a lot at the Delta on 20th, including Christmas parties for more than 80 staff. A bad room booking experience last June with a sales manager who seemed to be having a bad day or week cost the Delta a lot of business. Their sister property has treated us very well, but the care from people like Tatyana and Brit has brought me back. That's what hospitality should be, and I'll be a repeat customer. Thank you both!

At 12:01 a.m. I wanted a room, but the desk couldn't book me in and told me to go online. Once I got there, I couldn't choose a room for that night because it was already past midnight. A basic single queen was $800 a night. The price is outrageous. I've stayed in Paris during the Olympics for less. Getting a room was difficult, and accessibility gets zero from me. The neighborhood also didn't feel safe. This hotel's pricing makes no sense. 0/5, do not recommend.

I was here for a conference, and the chefs were professional and the food was great. The staff are top notch, especially the food team. The hotel itself is pretty nice. Be careful about parking in the overflow lot behind it, though. There were a few sketchy people around, and after two nights parked there my tire was slashed.
