Our suite, 1409, was outstanding: spacious, with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a huge deck facing the mountains and chairlift. The hot tub got plenty of use, and the suite was stocked with lots of useful extras. The staff at Snowbird Lodge in Silverstar were welcoming, kept the hotel clean, and answered all our questions. It was an excellent place to stay, and I'd come back. The beds were my one complaint. We found the mattresses too firm and uncomfortable. If you like a very firm bed, they'll suit you, but a memory foam topper would be a quick fix. Thanks again to the staff at Snowbird Lodge.

Our family felt very welcome at Snowbird, thanks to the little things the staff did for us. At check-in the kids got small souvenirs, and Anna let them play with a newly opened wooden block set in the activity room, which they loved. She was so kind to our family and helped with our late checkout request. We had a wonderful start to our stay. Everything in the room was great, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Anna. We hope to come back!

The stay was fantastic, and it was one of the nicest suites I've stayed in. There was also a 40% deal going on.

The front desk was amazing, and the location is top notch. The suite was very spacious, but for the price it was missing basics: no salt in the kitchen, a very loud dishwasher, warped frying pans, and a subpar 2000s-era TV and stereo. There were four remotes that didn't work together. When the stereo was on, it kept the TV from turning on; the sound was delayed, and the cupboard door had to stay open for the signal. Even then, you had to be right up close for it to connect. The activities area was nice, but the lounge TV wasn't hooked up to anything, and the theater system TV had sound problems and wouldn't connect to live TV so we could watch the allstar game. Also, the luggage carts for moving things in and out of Snowbird were much too large.

Our fourth-floor platinum suite looked over the ski hills and had excellent views across the valley. Staff service was courteous and efficient, and the hotel is just off the main drag, so it's very convenient. The village is small and quiet at night, unlike Whistler. Accessibility for a disabled person could be better. The temporary toilet grab bars worked, though they could be improved, and the shower chair was just a board with no backrest. I hope to discuss these issues with the property manager.
