We went to celebrate our engagement and had a stay that went beyond what we expected. The view is incredible, and Chris shared great suggestions for cafes, restaurants, and hikes. There were snacks, fruit, and bread waiting in the apartment when we arrived hungry, and she also left us flowers and a lovely card. We kept spotting adorable rabbits in the garden too. Chris made the occasion feel even more special, and we hope to return soon. Thank you!

Chris is a charming owner, and the place is tucked away from the noisy world in a superb location. My upstairs room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with windows where I could see the moon reflected on the water at night. It was peaceful during the day as well. It was a little pricey for my budget, but I enjoyed my stay.

The grounds are full of fruit, with blackberries, peaches, apples, and grapes depending on the season, and the views over the water, mountains, and trees show off beautiful British Columbia. Chris is the real highlight, though. Her hospitality goes above and beyond. She's spent the past 15 years making Moonlit Cove a real gem of a Bed and Breakfast, with clean, beautifully decorated accommodations. If you're in Sooke and skip Moonlit Cove, you're missing out.

Moonlit Cove really does live up to its name. We were lucky enough to be there under a full moon, and the views were stunning. This was the highlight of our honeymoon road trip. Chris is such a lovely, kind host, and the food she makes is incredible. Thanks again, Chris, for a stay we'll always remember. We hope to be back soon!

The views were amazing, and Chris made our stay memorable. She was a wonderful host with a big heart, cooked us a filling, delicious breakfast both mornings, and had us smiling all the time. Absolutely fantastic B&B.
