Moose Hotel And Suites

After a day on the slopes, the rooftop hot tubs were a lovely place to unwind, with beautiful views. Our room was clean, cosy and spacious, and we appreciated the daily service. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is close enough to walk to local activities, shops and restaurants. The mountain views all around made the location even better. We really enjoyed our stay.

That balcony was such a treat, and the room was thoughtfully laid out. We also appreciated that parking was included. The rooftop hot tub was the perfect spot to rest our tired feet. It’s centrally located, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay, highly recommend!

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re well laid out, nicely appointed and have plenty of storage for gear. It’s easy to get around town from here, and the free shuttle buses to the ski mountains are nearby. There’s also a gym, hot tubs, sauna, onsite spa and easy parking. This is our new go-to in Banff. I literally have no complaints, well done!

The big salt water hot tub on the semi covered 5th floor deck was the highlight, with room for 12 or more people and steam rising into the cool night air. Nearby, there’s a sunken outdoor firepit area set up with sofas, chairs and tables in a circle. The pool is a good size too. Our room had a warm chalet feel and a semi enclosed atrium style entrance. It was basically a one bedroom suite, with a separate bedroom, king bed, lounge sofa and micro kitchen. Not sure about the other rooms, but ours was beautiful. We had a great stay.
