Staying on a train makes this a destination hotel, and it’s a unique experience. There’s a bar and great coffee on site, plus easy parking. We didn’t try the restaurant, so can’t speak to it, though the menu looked very good.

We stayed in Caboose #6, and at check-in they showed us around the station and train cars before walking us to our caboose. Everyone welcomed us as soon as we arrived. The dining car was a highlight: beautiful atmosphere, exceptional food, and great service. The location was convenient, too. We walked into town for a beer at the brewery when we arrived, then went back the next morning for a full breakfast.

It’s a quaint, rustic place with a comfortable bed, hot water, and everything you need, though it’s a no-frills hotel. The location is quiet and right in the center of town. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, and I even met the owner. I had a wonderful time and like supporting local businesses.

A fun, unusual place to stay, with top-notch service and friendly staff. I had breakfast in the cafe and supper in the dining car, and both were delightful. My only complaint was that the AC in the caboose struggled to keep up with the heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Train Station Inn. The caboose interior was clean and comfortable, and the area felt peaceful and quiet. The staff treated us very well, which we appreciated. We also loved the gift shop and had a great meal in the dining car. Thanks to our kind server and thoughtful chef.
