EST Hotel

I felt dirty after staying here. Our first room was filthy, with carpets that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, and the second was only a little better. This morning I shook out a supposedly clean towel before using it and found several long hairs that belonged to someone else. I wanted to vomit. Breakfast was frozen food in boxes on the counter, with no directions for how long to heat it or how to do it. The cleaning standard was way below par.

Be careful booking here. I paid a 200 CAD security deposit and never got it back. I checked with my bank twice and made absolutely sure there was no hold or block on their side. I've called the hotel many times, but each time I'm told the finance manager isn't there and to call later. At this point the repeated calls and getting the same answer without any solution are more frustrating than the deposit itself.

After a grueling flight, check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly front desk agents. I liked the place enough to add another night to unwind, and they were very accommodating. My room and bathroom were clean, and when I checked out the next day, I had forgotten to collect my $200 security deposit. The female desk clerk manager called me back in to get it. I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is easily the best value for your money, and I have nothing but good things to say. I hope the same service is there when I'm back from an out-of-town business trip. 15 stars out of 10. 🙏👑

At 90 CAD a night, the room was much better value than I expected. Breakfast is the weak point: they only provide a few cakes, juice, and milk, so it's not a full meal. Still, I'd recommend the place for a business stay or a short trip when you mainly want somewhere clean and affordable.
