The front desk team were welcoming and very helpful, the room was comfortable, and cleaning was done efficiently. Breakfast was plentiful at first during my week-long stay, but toward the end they ran out of things like fruit yogurt and simply took them off the menu. They didn't restock, so there was less choice. They should have ordered more before supplies ran out. Using the TV remote through the phone app was convenient and easy to work out. On my last night Tubi stopped working, but YouTube came to the rescue and I watched some 60s and 70s horror classics. The airport shuttle works well if you have one light bag. I had three heavy pieces and should have called Lyft instead. The driver, a 70-year-old woman, didn't want to help load them into the high shuttle, so we had to lift them in ourselves.

My flight came in late, leaving almost no time to make my Via Rail connection. The front desk team and shuttle driver went out of their way to get me to the airport and then the UP Express train to Union Station on time. I haven't had service this good in years. I'm very grateful to the Hampton team and look forward to staying again. Date of stay: January 2026

The surroundings were quiet and lovely, which made it easy to relax. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stayed at the Hotel Hampton about a month ago and had a great experience. Thanks for the kind service. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. If they'd been straight with us about the hot tub and dealt fairly with the parking issue, this would have been a five-star stay. We called before booking and were told they had a hot tub, but that wasn't true. Then, even though we'd paid for parking, they called the city and our car got ticketed. The receptionist tried to help, but said a manager would have to investigate, so we were left waiting without an answer.
