The staff made this Residence Inn feel like a home away from home. Victoria, the front desk manager, even sent someone to check on us after we missed our wake-up call, so we wouldn't miss our flight. I also left my jewelry behind while rushing out. When I called, Romeo from housekeeping already had it, packed it for shipping, and sent me a link to confirm the arrangements. The everyday details were solid too: check-in was easy on a stormy winter night, our room was spotless and had the extra blankets and silverware some Residence Inns leave out, and breakfast was fresh with real dishes and utensils. The pool was well maintained and didn't have that strong chlorine smell I've noticed at other hotels. Airport hotels can feel impersonal, but this one was high quality and genuinely warm. Great stay.

We were barely aware of the airport, and the place stayed quiet throughout our visit. The location worked really well, with Moxies, Scaddabush and Jack Astors all within walking distance. Our suite was roomy, clean, and well looked after. No dust in the vents, and the bathroom caulking was in good shape. The front desk staff were friendly, and breakfast had a generous spread: several kinds of eggs and meat, a yogurt bar with toppings, oatmeal, and the usual range of drinks.

As a Marriott Platinum member, I was upgraded to a two-room suite. It was clean, though the shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower were empty. The business centre computers weren't working, either. Breakfast was fine, with the choices changing each day. The gym and pool were very nice, and it was quiet inside. For less noise, ask for a north-facing room, the even-numbered ones.

After a red-eye, I had a short stay here and things went smoothly. They offered me a late checkout without my asking, and covered the cost of getting to and from the airport. The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast could use some work, even though it was included.

I was here for five nights while having surgery at a nearby clinic, and the staff did a lot to keep the stay comfortable and low-stress. The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was good, and the area stayed spotless and stocked right up until it closed at 9am. There's no airport shuttle, but they reimburse up to $28 for an Uber each way. I'd happily stay here again.
