Toronto Suite Rentals - Meridian

The facilities are excellent, and the building stays clean and well maintained, which makes it a shame that the security management is so poor. I lived there for two years and left only because of the security team. The previous team wasn't good, and things got worse after it was replaced. The current staff are disrespectful, unhelpful, and often seem reluctant to assist residents. They also frequently refuse Amazon and other delivery packages, making things inconvenient for tenants. The buzzer system never worked during the whole time I lived there, from move-in through the day I left. With these security problems, I wouldn't recommend the building, though it could be a great place to live if security management improved.

I understand that the rules need to be followed, which is why we spoke to the front desk before parking. Because of the rain, we needed to stop briefly in visitor parking to pick up a few things from our unit. The security staff member at the desk, Ravneet, was dismissive when I explained. She asked, “You are visiting yourself?”, which came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. There are courteous ways to enforce a policy, especially when residents make an effort to be upfront. Rudeness isn't only about raising your voice. Sarcasm or brushing someone off can make a resident feel belittled for asking a genuine question, and it leaves a bad impression all the same. I hope this feedback leads to more empathetic, professional interactions with residents.

The building is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully managed. The common areas are always tidy, and it feels welcoming and quiet here. We've been living here for a while and are very happy to be part of the community. It really feels like home. Management has been responsive and professional, and seems to care about residents. Whenever we've raised a concern, it's been handled promptly and efficiently. The security staff are friendly, respectful, alert, and attentive to who comes and goes, which gives us a strong sense of safety. Thanks to the whole team for making this such a good place to live.

I moved across the province to this condo and was a little worried by some of the negative reviews. Apparently new management came in last year, and my experience with the team so far has been great. They've handled every request and issue quickly, and even answered lots of my questions before I was officially registered. This is my first condo, and so far, so good 🙂
