Admirals Bed and Breakfast

Everything was clean and comfortable, even though our room was on the small side. The people were really friendly. We left early and missed breakfast, so we'll have to come back and try those boat units. One small idea, since suggestions are welcome 😉, would be to add one or two picnic tables outside under the trees. Good experience all around. Cheers!

The breakfast was a hot meal, with waffles, sausages, and homemade jams that were so good you could buy them to take home as souvenirs. We loved staying here. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and it's about a five-minute drive to the town center.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this B&B, though we wished the staff had been more welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a little private balcony facing the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. The other guests were friendly, and the room was clean except for someone else's hat under a couch pillow. We weren't greeted when we arrived, but could call when we needed something. Getting into the property was confusing for us and for other guests who arrived later. We had to go up two flights of stairs to reach the room. On our second night we had to ask for more towels and were told to get them ourselves. Breakfast was served only from 8 to 9 a.m., which surprised us. We were lucky we'd cancelled a sea kayaking tour, or there wouldn't have been time to eat before the excursion. The person serving didn't introduce herself or make us feel welcome. On the first morning we got two pancakes and two sausages; on the second, two eggs, toast, and two slices of bacon. Coffee, juice, cold cereal, and fruit were also available. There was only one table in the dining area, and not enough seats for everyone trying to eat in that one-hour window. The person making breakfast asked guests for a tip each morning, which visibly made people uncomfortable.

The hosts responded quickly whenever we needed something, and breakfast was terrific, especially for anyone who likes pancakes. The B&B was spotless and in a great location, with everything we could have asked for. You'll be glad you chose the Admirals Bed and Breakfast.
