On the second stay, I filled out the breakfast form, but nobody came to provide breakfast, and they offered no compensation. The room also wasn't very clean, and one light was burned out. I won't stay here again for a while. The first time, the hotel was clean and nice, though breakfast wasn't available on weekends, which hadn't been mentioned when booking, and reception wasn't especially welcoming. I would have stayed again on a weekday.

The only thing that could use improvement is the shower water pressure. Otherwise, whenever I'm in Sept-Iles, I make a point of staying here. The rooms feel new and roomy, the hotel is clean and well located in the city, and the staff are friendly. Check-in was quick, and breakfast has a good variety.

Breakfast has been great so far: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes, plus waffles, toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. There’s coffee and juice too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the WiFi is good most of the time.

The location is very good, close to Wal-Mart and lots of restaurants, and there's plenty of free parking. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub and lots of shelves and hooks for towels and toiletries. Check-in and checkout are quick, simple and friendly. Breakfast is hot, has a big range of food and drinks, and there's a large room with tables usually available. Great value for the money, and in my view the best hotel in Sept-Iles for any kind of stay. Recommended x 10!

The room was clean, the price was fair, and the location was perfect. Staff were friendly, especially the evening check-in staff. The hot breakfast was decent and tasty. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.
