Wild Shores Guest House

We were disappointed with our stay in The Haven. It was the only room left for the dates we needed, and although it felt luxurious, it was very small and confined with no view. The ads made it seem like the place was right on the water, but finding the water was quite a challenge even at high tide, so we had to drive there. On the plus side, there’s a nearby entrance to the 2 km Wild Pacific Trail. The Artist Loft looks like the standout room, with a full kitchen and a nice shoreline view. It seems the experience could be three or five stars depending on which room you get.

The accommodations were gorgeous, and we had such a wonderful host. We loved it enough to add another night, and after barely walking in the door, we were already planning to book again. It was so lovely we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended.

We’ve now stayed at Wild Shores Guest House twice, most recently at the end of October this year. It’s such a cozy, welcoming place, quiet and peaceful too. We love the queen size bed and soaker tub, and the ocean view is nice. Mary was gracious and accommodating. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The room "Ocean Mist" was lovely, with spectacular views and a great location. Everything was super clean, and having an indoor and out door Jacuzzi made it a perfect little romantic getaway. We had one minor issue, but the owner took care of it and compensated me. The customer service was excellent, and I’d highly recommend it.
