Chic Urban Stylish Condo in Downtown V

I booked this condo in January for mid-April because I was going to Vancouver for a concert. On April 1, I was emailed that the reservation was cancelled for maintenance and that I’d get a refund. It’s now May 13, and I’m still trying to get my money back. I’ve contacted the so-called customer service team 15 times, and I’ve been lied to on every call. They’ve repeatedly said the refund would arrive in 24-48 hours over these 44 days, and each time I call, they say they’re prioritizing it with accounting. I’ve asked for a manager every time, but they say there’s no direct manager and someone will contact me. Their company policy isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. In my opinion, this place is a fraud. Stay far away. Every Google search I’ve seen says the same thing. Absolute garbage company.
