Pacific Palisades Hotel

I’ve lived in this building for 5 years and love nearly everything about it. The serious issue is noise. The management team does a great job in other areas, but doesn’t enforce the noise rules. If good sleep or quality of life matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend living here, especially if you end up with a noisy neighbour. Management won’t step in to enforce the rules.

The location has been especially nice as someone new to Vancouver. Shopping, cafes and restaurants, and the nature around Coal Harbour are all close by. The building itself is well cared for, and I haven’t had any issues with my apartment in the two years I’ve lived here. Management is professional and kind, and I feel they have my interests in mind. Natasha deserves a special mention for being supportive and easy to talk to. I also love the gym, with its high ceilings, roomy layout, and well-maintained equipment.

We’ve been at the Palisades for 3 months and have no complaints. It’s spotless, well maintained, and in an ideal location. Katerina found us a gorgeous unit that we love, while Natasha made move day and all the paperwork easy. Whenever we’ve had a question, someone has helped within a few hours. Both Natasha and Katerina have been incredibly helpful since our first viewing, and we couldn’t rate the management team more highly.

What stood out during our move was Natasha noticing issues in the unit inspection that I hadn’t spotted myself. That kind of honesty should be standard, but it isn’t always. She and Roccio, the leasing and administrative manager, have been welcoming, professional, and kind, and they’ve answered our questions promptly and clearly. My partner and I are graduate students, and my partner is an international student. Given the discrimination that happens in Vancouver, we were surprised and grateful that our application was accepted. It’s reassuring to live somewhere run by people who seem trustworthy and caring.
