Quality Hotel Downtown Vancouver

The hotel itself was great, with clean rooms, a comfortable bed and awesome, accommodating staff. Food places are within walking distance, and the location is convenient during the day. At night, though, the streets were full of trash, drugs and homeless people, and they didn't feel safe anymore. Nightclubs are attached to the hotel on several sides. The pounding music, screaming and other noise went on all night, and the clubs didn't close until 4am. It was a nightmare. For me, the nightlife drawbacks outweighed the good parts, especially the constant noise. I won't stay here again.

The location made it easy to get around, with everything close by. I arrived a little late, but the kind, welcoming staff still went out of their way to offer me an early room. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and cared for. Everything was great from start to finish. I'd happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

We were happy with our stay at this affordable inn near downtown. It's convenient for the places we needed to go, yet quiet at night. The room suited our short visit: clean and comfortable, with a good bed, clean bathroom and everything we needed. Vanessa and Jake at the front desk were especially helpful and accommodating when we were looking for a budget room. They answered our questions, helped us check in and made us feel welcome. We'd definitely stay here again if we wanted an affordable, clean place close to downtown.

The rooms fit all six of us comfortably, and the staff did their best to work around an unusual issue with our tall vehicle. We were in town for a concert at the Orpheum, so the hotel's location worked perfectly. Discounts at several nearby restaurants also made it easy to eat close by without spending much. Joey handled checkout and made sure things went smoothly, then sent us off with a thoughtful little gift.
