Oak Bay Guest House

The gardens were lovely and peaceful, and with the nice weather I could have spent all day there. It's also close to the marina, making for a beautiful walk along the water. We had an amazing June stay, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best part: every morning they served a different delicious meal in a gorgeous dining room, almost like high tea, and sent us off with a little bag of homemade muffins that made a great snack later. I'd definitely come back!

The mornings were my favorite part of staying at Oak Bay Guest House. Egly made luxurious breakfasts, and the staff were always polite and friendly. I also liked relaxing in the TV room with my friends, where I watched TV and two movies. My bedroom was clean and had lovely paintings. I hope to come back soon.

The bathroom was a bit small, though it worked perfectly well for us. The room itself was cozy, and the building has plenty of character, so it felt like a distinctive place to stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was delicious and felt as complete as a restaurant meal. I'd definitely recommend this guest house.

Nicole even gave us a ride to pick up our car, and both she and Mario went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make sure we had what we needed. We loved the Romance suite at theOak Bay Guest House. The house has lots of charm, with cozy spots for reading, watching a movie, or having a glass of wine. Breakfast was outstanding, served in a sunny, warm room with a formal dining-room feel but a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The food and service were both excellent. Thanks again!
